Common questions
What counts as a request?
Every message somebody sends the assistant is one request, whether it is "cancel my order" or "yes, go ahead". A conversation is about 3 of them. Everything it does inside a request, the actions, the lookups, the confirmations, is included.
What happens when I reach my requests?
It stops answering until the month starts again, and your visitors see a calm "temporarily unavailable", never an error. You are emailed at 80% and at 100%, and you can add more requests from the dashboard in one click. You are never billed for anything you did not choose.
Does testing count?
Never. Every site has a test site that answers only on localhost, inside your own app, with its own requests. Testing never touches your plan's requests.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes, all of it. The Dev plan is free for good: a site, its test site, and every kind of tool, working against your development data on your own computer. You pay when you want your users to reach it.
Can I remove “Powered by Verb”?
On Pro, Max and Enterprise, with one switch in the dashboard. On the other plans it stays, small, at the foot of the panel.
Can I restyle the widget with my own CSS?
The button, yes, on any plan: your stylesheet can change its shape, size, shadow and font. The panel, no: the approval card your users say yes on has to look the same every time, and a stylesheet could hide or disguise it. You set the panel's colours, bubbles, background, avatar, name, greeting, position and shape, and you can open it from your own button.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 14 days of your first payment on a plan, write to us and it is refunded in full.
Is it priced per seat?
No. Your team is not what costs anything, so it is not what you pay for. Plans are priced on requests and sites.
